Should I get Pay-as-you-go credits or a subscription?

For one-time only service or unexpected image needs, pay-as-you-go credits are a great option. However, for bulk background remover services or ongoing image needs, you can save a lot if you process with a subscription plan

What if I am unsatisfied with the results?

At the moment FocoClipping works very well for portrait photos, product photos, logo photos, and car photos. but on some occasions, certain images are more challenging than others. We recommend uploading a few images to the free version to get an impression of the quality level first for your specific images. Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you subscribed twice or multiple times within the subscription period, we will help you automatically cancel the former subscriptions and keep the newest subscription, you can still use the credits on different subscription plans within the corresponding billing period. What are the standard-quality and full-resolution result images when downloading removed background images?

After the image background is removed, FocoClipping will provide both standard and full-resolution result images to download. The maximum resolution of a standard cutout result image is 0.25 megapixels (e.g 625 × 400), while the resolution of a full-resolution result image is between 0.25 megapixels and 25 megapixels (e.g 6250 × 4,000). Note: If the original image's resolution is less than 0.25 megapixels, you can not download full-resolution result images with transparent backgrounds.

What images are supported?

We support general image formats like JPG, JPEG, or PNG with no more than 15 megabytes. All images must have a subject clearly meant to be in the foreground, such as a person, animal, product, car, or logo (more info). If the image's resolution is larger than 25 megapixels(e.g. 6250 × 4000 pixels or any other aspect ratio), it will be resized to the maximum supported resolution.

What if I run out of credits?

Note: Subscriptions include a monthly budget of credits, that you can use within that month. Pay-as-you-go credits will not be expired in your account.

Are the resulting images available for commercial use?

Yes, you can use the resulting image generated by the FocoClipping background eraser for commercial purposes. We only provide the photo background remover service, the copyright of the images still belongs to its original owner.
